Since Bravo's "Project Runway" replacement, "The Fashion Show" (10 p.m. Thursdays), hasn't been nearly as lively or as compelling as the genuine article, you have to wonder if the spinoff "Top Chef Masters," which features world-renowned chefs instead of newbies, will have the same charms as the original.
